Campus Closed Monday, Parking Permits Required on Tuesday

Enjoy your three-day weekend! Cypress College will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2014, in observance of Labor Day.

When classes resume on Tuesday, enforcement of parking permits will begin. Students who have not yet picked up their permits (or their I.D. card stickers) can do so in the Student Center at Line B. Day-use parking permits and 24-minute temporary spaces are also available on campus.

Tuesday is also the first day that the campus observes Hispanic Heritage Month. A display opens on the first floor rotunda of the Library Learning Resource Center. On Wednesday and Thursday, the Associated Students host “Welcome Back” (see flyer below).

4 • Thursday
»  Associated Students “Welcome Back” event, pond, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

7 • Sunday
»  Last day to add classes; deadline to drop semester-length without a “W” and to qualify for a refund

8 • Monday
»  Deadline to apply for fall 2014 graduation and for fall 2014 occupational certificates
