Distance Education courses provide flexibility and convenience. They allow you to work anytime and any place you have an Internet connection. Distance education courses, more than in-person classes, also require you to use strong time management skills and self-discipline.
You will be expected to regularly attend class online, participate in all assigned activities, complete assignments on time, and meet set deadlines. Success in these Internet-based courses requires that you be self-directed, self-motivated, and self-confident.
