NOCCCD Information Services provides college-specific research information through the password-protected site of MyGateway.  There, you can find a five-year comparison report that details FTES and WSCH per FTEF, fill rates, and other information by division or course, as well as the current term enrollment report.

  • The Data Mart is a public site available through the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office web site. With the online query tool, users may access information about a variety of topics at the college, district and system level.
  • The Center for Student Success (CSS) identifies and disseminates effective practices in California’s community colleges. This web site provides access to CSS findings, and features successful practices developed by community college practitioners.
  • The Center for Demographic Research at CSU Fullerton provides demographic information for Orange County, CA.
  • California Post-secondary Education Commission (CPEC) provides information on college enrollments, college-going, majors, transfers, and degrees awarded for California community colleges and public universities.
    • Transfer information is also available directly from the system offices of CSU and UC.
  • The California Department of Education provides data on K-12 schools, including the DataQuest tool.
  • The Accountability Reporting for the Community Colleges (ARCC) details progress and achievement for all California Community Colleges.
