Biography


I have been teaching biology at Cypress College since 1998. My main areas of interest are marine biology and molecular genetics. I am primarily responsible for teaching the biology majors courses at Cypress but I also teach marine biology on occasion.

If you are new to college and you are interested in majoring in biology then this is the class for YOU. We will explore the awesome world of the cell and how life is structured at the micro and molecular level. We'll also learn about the basics of genetics (or why you DON'T look like your parents and siblings).
