Biography

My education includes a Bachelor of Science from the UCLA School of Public Health, a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Long Beach State University and Master of Arts in Sports and Fitness Management from the University of San Francisco.

I hope that I will be able to share my experiences as an administrator in the acute care, home care and ambulatory care settings in a manner that will help you learn and to explore your career options as you grow in the Healthcare field.

During my courses, we will begin discussing your career preparation and what you can do to improve your "marketability" in the workplace.

If you have questions about your field of study or if there is any way that I can assist you in your studies, please let me know.

Recommended Course

Hs 145 Survey of Medical Terminology

Welcome! This course is a prerequisite to many of the health occupations and court reporting.  For many this is similar to learning a foreign language.  The course is designed to provide a foundation for your future occupation.  Learning new terminology will require your frequent study and your ability to apply your new found knowledge to practice.

I am looking forward to your successful semester!
