The Hotel, Restaurant, Culinary Arts program offers Associate of Science Degrees and Certificates in Hotel Management, Food Service Management and Culinary Arts. Spring 2010 HRC News

Registration for the fall semester begins December 1st and HRC classes will begin January 19, 2010. Classes will be filling quickly, so please register as soon as you can.  HRC textbooks are available for purchase at the NOCCCD Anaheim Campus bookstore, second floor. For culinary arts classes, a complete uniform and knife set are required, information will be provided by your Chef Instructor on the first day of class.
