Transcripts at Cypress College

  1. Your first two transcript requests are free from your first request.
  2. Subsequent transcripts are issued at a cost of $3.00 per copy.
  3. All fees must accompany transcript requests.
  4. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that all grades have been posted prior to requesting a transcript. Current grades are available on MyGateway.  
  5. A photo I.D. is required for all personal and hand carry requests.
Electronic/Official Transcripts--FAST & CONVENIENT!
Cypress College offers same day electronic delivery of transcripts to specific California Community College campuses and California State University campuses, including Cal State Fullerton and Cal State Long Beach. The cost is $3.00 per transcript. To request same day electronic transcripts, access the Admissions and Records tab and click on the transcripts link in MyGateway.

On Demand Transcripts
You can now order on demand transcripts that will be processed immediately at the counter. The cost is $10.00 per request plus $3.00 per transcript. On demand requests must be presented in person.
 
Official Transcripts Requested Online/sent by mail
Students who have attended Cypress College after fall 1983 can request their transcripts online. Students who attended prior to fall 1983 MUST request their transcript by mail or in person at the Admissions and Records office. To request official transcripts online, visit MyGateway.

The cost is $3.00 per transcript with a processing time of 7-10 business days for delivery. Download and complete the transcript request form. Send transcript requests with required fees to:
