At Long Beach State: Appeared in 24 games with the 49ers… produced five hits, five runs, and four RBI.
High School Highlights: A three year letter winner for the Griffins… a three-time First Team all-Sunset League selection including being named the team’s MVP as a senior… first-team “Dream Team” as a senior… hit .400 with seven homeruns and 33 RBI as a senior setting the school’s RBI record.
Personal: Born on November 8th, 1989… parents are Cecil and Leslie Avery… brother is Daniel… majoring in communications… also enjoys beach volleyball.
