Cypress Highlights: Lusk was utilized more as the season went on starting in the last six games for the Chargers in the outfield. He hit .298 on the season including three homeruns for eleven RBI. Against Grossmont in the Super Regionals against Grossmont, Lusk went two for four including a homerun for two RBI and a run scored.
High School Highlights: A two sport standout at Canyon High School, Lusk was named the Century League Male Athlete of the Year. He was selected to the North South all-star game, named to the all-league team three times, and second team all-CIF.
