Coach Brand, the most senior member of the Chargers, has been with the Cypress program for almost thirty years. During his tenure, he helped the Chargers to two State Final Four appearances. He is the Vice President of Engineering at DRS Technologies in Cypress. Coach Brand coached on the junior varsity and varsity levels at Mayfair High School for eight seasons before coming to Cypress. While attending Mayfair, he played basketball and baseball. Brand earned all-League recognition in basketball. He resides in Tustin Ranch with wife Sharon.
