Cypress Highlights: Comminey became a key forward for Cypress as the season went on earning valuable minutes. He averaged 5.7 points per game and 2.1 rebounds for 172 total points. He boasted a 48.9% shooting percentage while hitting a team high 80% from the free throw line. Comminey’s game high came against Santa Ana late in the season scoring 17 points while going 9 for 10 from the free throw line to lead Cypress to a 108-100 triple overtime win.

High School Highlights: Comminey was a four year varsity starter at Milliken High School. He averaged 10 points and 8 rebounds per game and was voted to the Second Team all-Moore League. He was also voted to the all-Tournament Team of the Mission Prep Annual Tournament. SoCal Hoops recognized Comminey as a Top-20 Wing Player in Southern California and in the top 158 players in the state.

Personal: Mother is Leslie Mitchell. Favorite player is Charles Barkley.
