Cypress Highlights: Played in every game for Cypress in 2007-08 starting in 30… finished the season with as the team’s top rebounder (255) while scoring 98 points… led the team in blocks (24) which placed him ninth on the program’s season record book… averaged a near double-double with 8.2 rebounds and 9.6 points per game… notched six double-doubles throughout the season including a 23 point 10 rebound performance against Chaffey.
High School Highlights: A three year varsity standout for the Vikings… averaged 16 points and 9 rebounds per game… was named First Team all-San Gabriel Valley League his junior year and then the league’s most valuable player he senior season… scored 14 points while grabbing 11 rebounds against Centennial his senior season.
Personal: Born on August 9th, 1989… parents are Clay and Phyllis McDonald… older brother Brandon is a freshman on the team... other siblings are Kyle and Taylor… majoring in Business… also enjoys fishing, music, and cars.
