Charger Wins Continue at Santa Ana

Santa Ana, Calif. - Cypress traveled to Santa Ana Wednesday with just one day off after a sweep at home Monday. The Chargers kept the winning going defeating the Dons 382-410. Sophomore Scott Sexton was a medalist on the day shooting a par 72.
Cypress scored consistently throughout the day mostly in the 70s while Santa Ana shot in the low 80s. Freshman Nick Garrett followed Sexton just one stroke behind with a 73.
Cypress (7-2) has a week off before traveling to Irvine Valley to face the Lasers again. Cypress defeated the Lasers earlier this week at home. The two will face off next Wednesday at Oak Creek at 1:10 pm.
