If you have applied for, and are eligible for a Board of Governor's Fee Waiver for the 2011-2012 school year, please check your "Award Overview" under the "Financial Aid" tab of your myGateway student account to verify that your fee waiver has been posted prior to your fall 2011 registration date.

If your "Award Overview" reflects a 2011-2012 Board of Governors Fee Waiver award, you are eligible to have your enrollment fees waived upon completion of your fall 2011 registration.

Please Note: The Board of Governor's Fee Waiver will waive enrollment fees only. You will be responsible for payment of your health fee along with any optional and/or course material fees. It is good for the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 semesters, and must be re-applied for each year.

If your "Award Overview" does not reflect a 2011-2012 Board of Governor's Fee Waiver award, you will be responsible for full payment of all enrollment fees, health fee, optional fees and course material fees. Failure to pay all fees at the time of registration may result in a drop from your courses for non-payment.

If you have applied for and are eligible for a Board of Governor's Fee Waiver award, but the award is not posted under your "Award Overview," please contact your Financial Aid Specialist to resolve this matter. Failure to contact your Financial Aid Specialist to ensure your Fee Waiver is posted may result in a drop from your courses for non-payment. Financial Aid staff and Admissions & Records staff are not able to reinstate students who are dropped from courses due to fee waiver issues. It is the student's responsibility to verify their fee waiver status prior to registration. We are sending you this courtesy reminder so you can respond accordingly based on your status and enrollment plans.
