Transfer Center Monthly Events:
Personal Statement Draft Review
We offer an option to have our transfer counselor review your personal statement and get feedback before you submit your application. All you need is a hard copy of your personal statement with your Full Name and Student I.D. #. Come drop it off at the front desk of the Transfer Center beginning: Accepting October 1st - November 25th .
It is recommended that you meet with your Academic Counselor to develop your Student Educational Plan and follow-up with your counselor each semester to stay on track and informed of any curriculum changes. Transfer Center Counselors are also available to offer guidance in transferring to a four-year university or college. Transfer counselors can assist you with selecting a transfer institution, UC Transfer Admission Guarantees, transferring to an Independent/Private or Out-of-State school, general transfer-related questions and special transfer circumstances.
Fall Transfer Counselor Availability: Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and some Fridays. To schedule an appointment with a Transfer Counselor, please visit the front counter or call the Transfer Center.
