Transfer Admission Guarantees (TAG)

TAG is a free, quick and easy way to determine if the student is eligible for admission to a specific college or university. The TAG secures a seat at a
selected college or university, provided that the student meets the conditions specified in the agreement.

TAGS are available for the following schools only:
UC Davis~UC Irivne
UC Merced
UC Riverside
UC San Diego
UC Santa Barbara
UC Santa Cruz

TRANSFER COUNSELORS

It is recommended that you meet with your Academic Counselor to develop your Student Educational Plan and follow-up with your counselor each semester to stay on track and informed of any curriculum changes.  Transfer Center Counselors are also available to offer guidance in transferring to a four-year university or college.  Transfer counselors can assist you with selecting a transfer institution, UC Transfer Admission Guarantees, transferring to an Independent/Private or Out-of-State school, general transfer-related questions and special transfer circumstances.  

Appointments are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  To schedule an appointment with a Transfer Counselor, please visit the front counter or call the Transfer Center.

Walk-in appointments are available on Mondays from 8:30am-4:30pm.  There is no appointment necessary.  Sign up for walk-in counseling at the front counter between the scheduled hours; the last appointment is taken at 30 minutes prior to end time.  Please note: Walk-in appointments are not available on holidays and are subject to change due to staff schedules.  To verify if a Transfer Counselor is available, please call first.
