Cypress Highlights: Came back from an injured wrist to tie for first among Charger freshman for points in the 2006 season with 22 including eight goals and six assists... finished 14th in the conference for total points at sixteen and 13th in goals scored with seven… against Irvine Valley, Gallegos scored three goals on the way to a 10-0 blowout.
High School Highlights: Spent her first two years at California high where she made an impact earning Second team and then First team all-Del Rio League… earned offensive player of the year and Most Valuable Newcomer her freshman season… transferred to Santa Fe High to earn First team all-Del Rio League honors her junior year… was named the league's Most Valuable Player during her senior campaign… The Whittier Daily News honored Gallegos with all-area honors and then Player of the Year her senior season… also earned CIF recognition with third team her junior year and first team her senior season.
Personal: Also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and riding ATVs.
