Gomez will be handling goalkeeping for the Chargers. As a player at Saint John Boscho, Gomez holds the school's all-time records for saves in a season, career saves, and career shutouts. Gomez went on to have a decorated career at Brown where he was named an all-Ivy League player twice and an NSCAA all-New England player three times. After college, Gomez was selected 28th in the MLS Superdraft by FC Dallas. He also coaches for the OC Premier as the goalkeeper coach where he has been since 2007.
