Padilla comes to Cypress with experience at the High School and Club level of coaching. He coached with Mater Dei for six years and has been involved with club coaching for over seven years. As a player, he participated in club competition and also collegiately at Santiago Canyon and Chapman. He is currently a student at Cal State University Dominguez Hills.
