Chargers Edge out Solano

Fairfield, Calif. – Cypress travelled to Solano Friday in their annual trip north. The Chargers were able to edge out the Falcons for a 1-0 win. Freshman goalie Whitney Joslin maintained the shutout with eight saves. Freshman forward Juliane Adams scored Cypress’s winning goal in the 48th minute of play assisted by freshman midfielder Nicole Weil.
The Chargers maintain their undefeated record at 3-0 and have a day off before facing West Valley. Cypress will face West Valley Sunday at 1:00 pm.
