Chargers Swept by Hornets

Fullerton, Calif. - Cypress began the second round of conference Thursday taking on Fullerton for the second time. The Chargers were unable to improve on their last performance against FCC losing 9-0. Freshman Nicole El-Ali put up the biggest fight losing 6-3 and 6-0 in number two singles.

Cypress falls to 1-7 and 1-6 in conference. They have the weekend off before taking on Irvine Valley Tuesday. Cypress lost to IVC 9-0 the first time around. They face off again at Cypress at 2:00 pm Tuesday.
