Poole is a Long Beach City product where he earned a South-Coast Conference Championship. Poole begins his collegiate coaching experience here at Cypress after coaching Club level youth teams. He is also a graduate of local Cypress High School where he was the team’s Most Valuable Player and an all-Empire League Selection. Poole will focus on recruiting and defensive tactics for the Chargers.
