What: Fine Arts Swing Space Construction Project
When: June 13, 2022 – January 31, 2023
Where: Cypress College – Old SEM Building #3
Work Hours: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (anticipated)
Activities:
The contractor completing the Fine Arts Swing Space (FASS) remodel in the old SEM Building #3 will be mobilizing and beginning construction activities in mid to late June 2022. The old SEM Building will be closed for any use during this construction period. In addition, there are portions of the exterior walk areas that will be fenced off for contractor storage/lay down area. All pedestrian walkways and fire lanes around the building will remain open. Construction is anticipated to be completed by spring 2023 semester. Refer to the map below for further information.
