Reminder: Opt-out of the Charger Book Pass by February 18

All students enrolled in one or more courses at Cypress College are automatically opted in to the Charger Book Pass program where you’ll receive all your required textbook-related course materials (eBooks, textbooks, and access codes) for no more than $100.

Don’t want the Charger Book Pass? Opt out of the program by February 18.

Decided you’d prefer not to use the Charger Book Pass or it simply does not make financial sense for your class situation? Watch the “How to Opt Out” video, then access the Opt-Out Portal to opt out of the program.

If you opt out by the February 18 deadline, you will not be charged for the Charger Book Pass.

Have a question about the program or need help? Check out our FAQ, visit the Campus Bookstore, or email chargerbookpass@follett.com.

Reminder: Cypress College is closed on Friday, February 14, and Monday, February 17, in observance of Presidents’ holidays. The campus and online services will be unavailable.

If you plan to opt out of the program, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible in case help is needed to complete the process.
