Help Desk


The Technology Services Help Desk provides technical support and training to Cypress College staff, faculty, and students. The Help Desk standard service level agreement is two hours after a call, (714) 484-7157, is made.

A technician will follow up during normal operating hours, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
