DESCRIPTION:Cypress Bistro is a Cypress College student-operated restaurant. Students combine their classroom knowledge with hands-on experience to provide trending cuisine and outstanding service. \nChef’s Tasting Menu\nSeptember 19 \nHawaii\nSeptember 26 \nPacific Northwest\nOctober 3 \nCalifornia\nOctober 10 \nOktoberfest\nOctober 17 \nSouthwest\nOctober 31 \nTexas Buffet\nNovember 7 \nLouisiana\nNovember 14 \nNew England\nDecember 5\nLunch is served from 12 to 1 p.m.\, with the last seating at 12:15. Lunch consists of a three-course meal and includes choice of appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert for $15; beverages are an additional $2. Cypress Bistro accepts cash only. \nTo create the optimal learning environment for student success\, we prefer parties not larger than four guests and do not accommodate to go orders.
