Her research interests include racial disparities in mental health care\, racial microaggressions in higher education and the workplace\, and parent mentor programs in rural public school systems. \nDescription: This dialogue will challenge scholars to evaluate the significance of positionality to increase self-awareness while understanding the consequential effects of racial microaggressions on Black and Latinx students.
