SUMMARY:NOCCCD Survey Results on the Future of Learning and Work
DESCRIPTION:Join NOCCCD on Monday\, November 14\, from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. as the results of the districtwide Education Engagement Index survey conducted in spring 2022 are presented. The survey asked about student and employee experiences during remote teaching and working as well as expectations/preferences for the future of learning and work. As we envision what our institutions look like in a post-pandemic environment\, these results will help improve understanding of the student and employee experience and points of view about the future. When exercised well\, these skills can help us move from transactional relationships that fixate on what people are (their labels) and toward relationships that bring out who people are (their multiple dimensions and paradoxes).” Join Moral Courage Mentor Allison Gerrard for a virtual communication workshop to learn the idea\, framework\, and science of Moral Courage and its method for communicating across divides.
