DESCRIPTION:The Peer Tutors are proud to announce their one-day (April 9) support event for Cypress students applying for Foundation scholarships (due April 14). This single application through the Foundation puts you in the running for multiple scholarships at Cypress College and the English Peer Tutors want to support YOU in taking your shot at some financial support for your education! \nPeer Tutors are just that: peers. They support select English 100s\, 101s\, and ESL 110s with the goal of supporting their fellow students. At this event\, the Peer Tutors will encourage applicants as well as help with any short writing portions. \nSo come on over to Humanities 217 on Wednesday\, April 9 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. for free pizza\, good vibes\, and peer support as you work on getting some free money! \nWe will have laptops available for student use as well!
