DESCRIPTION:Parent Collaborative/Red de Apoyo Familiar\n\n¡Le invitamos a participar!\n\nThis collaborative group is specifically designed to help guide the families and parents of currently enrolled Cypress College students. Nuestra prioridad es apoyar a las familias hispanas/latinas\, and we are here to ensure you have the resources and knowledge to help your student succeed.\n\nOur first workshop will be on Thursday\, September 17\, 2026 at 6 p.m. Location will be announced soon.\n\nThere will be a total of three workshops from fall 2026 to spring 2027. You do not have to commit to all three sessions\, but participants who complete all three sessions will receive a certificate of completion PLUS an entry into our opportunity drawing!\n\nThe Workshops Will Focus On:\n\n\nUnderstanding the college experience\n\n\nNavigating resources available for students\n\n\nBuilding a strong support system for your student’s success\n\n\n\nWorkshops Will Be Offered in Both Spanish and English.
