NCAS is a program that aims to cultivate a varied future STEM workforce by involving students pursuing two-year degrees in genuine learning encounters. It provides opportunities for students who aspire to obtain STEM degrees through three distinct experiences. Participants gain an intimate understanding of NASA’s exceptional missions and research\, discovering how to nurture their skills\, curiosities\, and enthusiasm. \nEligibility\n\nU.S. Citizenship\nHigh school graduate or equivalent\nAt least 18 years of age\nCurrently attend a U.S. community college\nConcurrent enrollment or completion of 9+ hours of STEM coursework\nAble to commit to a 5-week online session.\n\nThe deadline to apply is December 11\, 2023 by 8 p.m.

His expertise lies in organic semiconductors and polymer science\, with a strong focus on advances manufacturing of plastic electronics and solid-liquid propellants for long-range rockets. \nThe STEM research symposium is happening November 3 from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Immersive Digital Classroom (planetarium in the new SEM building).
