How do I set up my refund account?
Did you know… you can now set up your refund selection directly through myGateway? No personal code needed!
To set up your refund account:
1. Go to: mg.nocccd.edu
2. Click on the Student link (on the left hand side)
3. Under the Student Refund Disbursements Channel: click the BankMobile icon
What is the Refund Selection Kit?
The Refund Selection Kit, also known as the ‘Green Envelope,’ contains a personal code and instructions on how to set up your refund preferences for Financial Aid at Cypress College. The Green Envelope will be sent to the mailing address on file with the Admissions and Records Office after you have registered for classes, completed your financial aid file, and been awarded Financial Aid. It typically takes 7 to 10 business days for the Green Envelope to arrive and it can be tracked at www.RefundSelection.com.
Once you have selected a refund preference, it will remain active as long as you attend Cypress College. If you ever wish to update/change your preferences, you can access and manage your account at www.RefundSelection.com. If you need Customer Support, they can be reached 7 days a week at 1-877-327-9515 from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time.
