ENGL 104 C Critical Analysis and Literature
This course develops critical thinking, reading and writing skills as they apply to the analysis of literature and literary criticism from diverse cultural sources and perspectives. In my course we consider representations of madness and monstrosity in literature and film–Frankenstein, Dracula, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Picture of Dorian Gray, The Island of Doctor Moreau.
ENGL 211 C English Literature Part One
This course is an introduction to the major periods and movements, major authors and major forms from the Anglo-Saxon Period to 1760.
ENGL 212 C English Literature Part Two
This course is an introduction to the major periods and movements, major authors and major forms from 1760 to the present.
