A2MEND, the African American Male Education Network and Development organization, supports the interest and success of African American students, faculty, staff, and administrators at California’s community colleges.

APIDA: The APIDA Resource Center’s purpose is to provide holistic and caring student support to all Cypress College students with a focus on helping Asian Pacific Islander Desi American students complete their educational goals while integrating their cultural identity into the process. Additionally, we celebrate and honor the rich cultural heritage of our diverse communities, fostering a sense of pride and belonging among all APIDA students.

Career Planning and Workforce Development Center

Career Center: The Cypress College Career Planning and Workforce Development Center offers services designed to help you make informed and considered college major and career decisions by providing career counseling, classes, tools, and resources as you formulate meaningful goals, navigate life transitions, investigate career options, and delve into the dynamics of the work environment.

Charger Experience: The Charger Experience Program is designed to provide all incoming students the foundation for success through direct engagement with academic programs and comprehensive understanding of support services.

Disability Support Services (DSS): Disability Support Services (DSS) values the diversity of students with disabilities at Cypress College and is committed to providing equitable access to classes, programs, services, and activities. 

Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS): EOPS a state and college funded program designed to assist students with economic, linguistic, and educational challenges (as defined by Title V) enroll and succeed in higher education. Comprehensive support services are provided to promote access to college and once the student is enrolled, to increase retention and/or transfer to four-year universities and colleges.

Learning Resource Center: The Learning Resource Center (LRC) offers services (Cypress Writing Center, Mathematics Learning Center, Supplemental Instruction, and Tutorial Services) free of charge to Cypress College currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff.

Legacy Program: Learn through collaborative activities drawn from the African-American experience.

Pride Center: Cypress College is a community that embraces diversity; fosters individuality; provides an accessible, supportive climate; and encourages a variety of perspectives and opinions.

Puente Project: Gain skills and information to succeed while exploring the rich Latino culture.

Rising Scholars Program: The Rising Scholars (formerly LIFE) Program strives to support formerly-incarcerated, system-impacted, and substance abuse recovery students, so that they successfully achieve and exceed their goals through the vehicle of higher education. 

(STEM)² Program: Cypress College currently has a partnership with California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), which is designed to increase student participation, persistence and success in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The (STEM)2 Program is intended to create opportunities for you to become more informed about science study and diverse career choices. This program will help you succeed in our science programs and prepare you to transfer to a four-year university.

Student Health & Wellness Center: Cypress Student Health & Wellness Center strives to inspire hope and support the health, wellness, resilience and thriving of each student. 

Student Life & Leadership: Student Life & Leadership (SLL) works to ensure that Cypress College students have ample opportunities to make the most of their college experience by getting involved on campus. By participating and connecting with like-minded individuals, students can explore their interests, develop skills, create friendships, and thrive both inside and outside the class environment.

Study Abroad: Earn college credit while studying and traveling abroad.

Transfer Center: The mission of the Cypress College Transfer Center is to provide a variety of services to facilitate the preparation and transfer of students to four year institutions, especially those who are historically and currently underrepresented in the transfer process. Transfer Center services are free of charge and available to students, faculty, staff, and community members.

Veterans Resource Center: The VRC and Cypress College Veterans Organization (CCVO) is the primary campus advocate for military and veteran students.
