
myGateway Update: WebStar Access Restored, Internet Explorer Issue Resolved
Here is the latest on the myGateway upgrade status:
- WebStar services have been restored after the myGateway team and the vendor resolved a communication issue between myGateway and Banner
- The issue with Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) can be resolved by turning on the “Compatibility View” option on the “Tools” menu
- The myGateway team is continuing to work on additional issues reported late last week
