Fall 2026 Important Dates
These dates apply to regularly scheduled classes meeting the full length of the semester.

| August 17, 2026 | Special admit students register |
| August 24, 2026 | Fall 2026 classes begin |
| Prior to the first day of class | If the class is OPEN, an Add Authorization Code is not required. If the class is CLOSED, a Waitlist option may be offered. There is no guarantee of enrollment into any class. |
| Starting the first day of class | An Add Authorization Code is required for most classes. |
| August 25, 2026 | Begin taking audit requests |
| September 7, 2026 | Labor Day — Campus & Online Services Closed |
| September 7, 2026 | Last day to add classes Last day to drop classes to qualify for refunds Last day to drop classes WITHOUT a “W” |
| September 11, 2026 | Priority deadline to apply for fall 2025 graduation and fall 2026 vocational certificates |
| September 25, 2026 | Last day to apply for fall 2026 degrees and certificates |
| October 19, 2026 | Second eight-week classes begin |
| November 2, 2026 | First day to apply for spring 2027 graduation and vocational certificates unless auto awarded |
| November 11, 2026 | Veteran’s Day — Campus & Online Services Closed |
| November 15, 2026 | Last day to increase/decrease variable unit classes Last day to drop classes WITH a “W” |
| November 26-27, 2026 | Thanksgiving Holiday — Campus & Online Services Closed (Saturday and Sunday classes will NOT meet) |
| December 12, 2026 | Fall 2026 semester ends Last day to file a pass/no pass option (for 16-week classes) |
| Last Day of Late-Start Classes | Last day to file a pass/no pass option (for late-start classes) |
