Activities:
Construction for the LLRC Secondary Data Center Project is scheduled to begin on October 21, 2026, with contractor mobilization and initial construction activities. Work will impact portions of the second-floor staff areas and select exterior locations, including the walkway between the building and the existing mechanical yard. In addition, the southwest corner of the outdoor patio will be fenced off and utilized as a construction staging and laydown area.
Throughout the project, all other pedestrian pathways, fire lanes, and building entrances will remain open and accessible. Construction is anticipated to be substantially complete by the end of April 2027.
