With less than 1% of the U.S. population in the armed forces, A Different 1% presents artworks, workshops, and screenings by eight artist-veterans who create bridges for, and to, a public that’s increasingly disconnected from the consequences of war.

The event takes place in the Cypress College Art Gallery, next to Theater Arts.

Opening Reception: Thursday, September 27, 6–8 p.m.
