Active Minds Student Support Group

Our Active Minds Chapter on campus has started an Active Minds Student Support Group, a safe space for students to receive support when it comes to their mental health.

The Active Minds Student Support Group will meet every Wednesday at 5 p.m. Occasionally, Active Minds will host in-person meetings if there is a special activity planned. All students are encouraged to attend.

This is a safe space for students to talk about their mental health challenges, learn coping skills, and experience a sense of community with their fellow peers. A mental health counselor will be present at each meeting.
