Curated by artist and Cypress Adjunct Professor Nzuji De Magalhaes, the HAIRTAGE: Tangled, Twisted, and Black exhibition and speaker series brings together artists who approach Black hair as a locus of tension and affirmation.

The exhibition is online, along with details of the speaker series, which kicks off on February 8, 11:30 a.m., when April Bey will discuss her work. In addition to the HAIRTAGE Speaker Series, while classes are online, CCAG is offering exhibition tours via Zoom.
