Cypress College Speech and Debate presents Honoring Student Voices: My Diversity Story!
Event Information
- All Cypress College students are welcome to participate.
- Every month will have a new theme and the chance to win $50.
- There will be a panel of judges consisting of students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
- Space is limited, but if there is high demand, there will be room to accommodate a two-part event.
Requirements
- Must try to meet with a coach/mentor.
- Must have a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. There should be a clear message. The time limit is 10 minutes.
- Performances are welcome. Poetry, prose, monologues, and singing are allowed.
- This is a LIVE event, but we will accept recordings to be played during the event.
