Information about the NCAS Program
Join the next session of NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars (NCAS) to learn from experts about NASA missions and research. NCAS is a program that aims to cultivate a varied future STEM workforce by involving students pursuing two-year degrees in genuine learning encounters. It provides opportunities for students who aspire to obtain STEM degrees through three distinct experiences. Participants gain an intimate understanding of NASA’s exceptional missions and research, discovering how to nurture their skills, curiosities, and enthusiasm.
Eligibility
- U.S. Citizenship
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Currently attend a U.S. community college
- Concurrent enrollment or completion of 9+ hours of STEM coursework
- Able to commit to a 5-week online session.
The deadline to apply is December 11, 2023 by 8 p.m.
