In 2014, the voters of North Orange County chose to pass Measure J, a $547 million bond that sought to fund the renovation and building of facilities at Cypress College, Fullerton College, and North Orange Continuing Education. This year, Cypress College is proud to break ground on the first two projects funded by Measure J: the Science, Engineering & Math Building and Veterans Resource Center.
