Jennifer Loza

I am the Clinical Coordinator and an instructor for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program at Cypress College, with nearly 20 years of experience in vascular, general, and obstetrics/gynecology sonography. My background includes serving as a POCUS Specialist and Technologist III at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where I refined my expertise in vascular imaging and clinical education. I hold multiple ARDMS credentials in Abdominal, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Vascular Ultrasound, as well as certification in Neurovascular Sonography (NVS). I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Vascular Sonography at the Oregon Institute of Technology. My professional interests include vascular and OB imaging, sonographer training, and the integration of evidence-based practice into clinical education. I am passionate about mentoring students, fostering critical thinking, and advancing the standards of ultrasound education.
