Apply to Graduate, Transfer, or Earn a Certificate in Spring by February 21
Did you know you need to apply for graduation, transfer, and earning a certificate?
If you’re planning to complete requirements for a degree, certificate, or transfer this spring, complete and submit a degree or certificate application to ensure a full evaluation of completed and current-semester coursework. You must submit an application by February 21 to apply for a degree or certificate.
The ADT priority deadline for CSU admissions (e-verify) is Friday, February 7.
- Please use your myGateway SSO login to access the forms below (student ID and myGateway password).
- Earning multiple degrees and/or certificates? Please submit a separate form for each.
Degree Options:
- Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT); Associate in Arts; Associate in Science; University for Transfer (UCT)
- Certificate of Achievement
- CSU GE Breadth and IGETC
- Earning a B.S. in Funeral Service? Use this Bachelor Degree form.

Counselors are available to assist you. Walk-ins are accepted at Express Counseling on the 2nd floor of the Student Center or via the Virtual Front Desk.
