Final Reminder: Apply to Graduate, Transfer, or Earn a Certificate in Spring by February 21

For students planning to complete requirements for a degree, certificate, or transfer this spring, this is a reminder that you must complete and submit a degree, certificate, or CSU GE Breadth/IGETC application by Friday, February 21, to ensure a full evaluation of completed and current-semester coursework.

• Please use your myGateway SSO login to access the forms below (student ID and myGateway password).
• Earning multiple degrees and/or certificates? Please submit a separate form for each.
  • Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT); Associate in Arts; Associate in Science; University for Transfer (UCT)
  • Certificate of Achievement
  • CSU GE Breadth and IGETC
  • Earning a B.S. in Funeral Service? Use this Bachelor Degree form.
