Fall 2025 Important Dates
These dates apply to scheduled classes meeting the full length of the semester.
| April 22, 2025 | Fall 2025 registration begins via myGateway |
| July 7, 2025 | First day to apply for fall 2025 graduation First day to apply for fall 2025 certificates |
| August 18, 2025 | Special admit students register |
| August 25, 2025 | Fall 2025 classes begin |
| Prior to the first day of class | If the class is OPEN, an Add Authorization Code is not required. If the class is CLOSED, a Waitlist option may be offered. There is no guarantee of enrollment into any class. |
| Starting the first day of class | An Add Authorization Code is required for most classes. |
| August 26, 2025 | Begin taking audit requests |
| September 1, 2025 | Labor Day — Campus & Online Services Closed |
| September 7, 2025 | Last day to add classes Last day to drop classes to qualify for refunds Last day to drop classes WITHOUT a “W” |
| September 12, 2025 | Priority deadline to apply for fall 2025 graduation and fall 2025 vocational certificates |
| September 26, 2025 | Last day to apply for fall 2025 degrees and certificates |
| October 20, 2025 | Second eight-week classes begin |
| November 3, 2025 | First day to apply for spring 2026 graduation and vocational certificates |
| November 11, 2025 | Veteran’s Day — Campus & Online Services Closed |
| November 16, 2025 | Last day to increase/decrease variable unit classes Last day to drop classes WITH a “W” |
| November 27-28, 2025 | Thanksgiving Holiday — Campus & Online Services Closed (Saturday and Sunday classes will NOT meet) |
| December 13, 2025 | Fall 2025 semester ends Last day to file a pass/no pass option (for 16-week classes) |
| Last Day of Late-Start Classes | Last day to file a pass/no pass option (for late-start classes) |
| Year-round | Apply for CSU General Education/IGETC Certification |
