Adult Special Admit Program
Under Senate Bill 554, Cypress College is authorized to allow students pursuing a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate through a noncredit adult education program to enroll as Adult Special Admit part-time students. This program gives adult learners the opportunity to take college-level courses in advanced subject areas not available through their current high school or adult education program.
Courses completed through this opportunity are fully accredited, carry college credit, and apply toward certificates and degree programs. These courses also become part of the student’s official Cypress College academic transcript.
Cypress College is committed to offering accessible and flexible coursework to help Adult Education students reach their academic and career goals.
