Cypress College Planetarium Spring 2026 Shows

The Cypress College Planetarium is pleased to announce the spring 2026 public show schedule, featuring two rotating shows open to the campus community and the public.

Spring 2026 Show Lineup

• Birth of Planet Earth uses stunning data-driven visuals that examine how Earth became a living planet following the solar system’s early formation, and what this history suggests about the potential of finding other Earth-like worlds.
• Dark Universe: The planets, stars, and everything you can see are less than 5 percent of the universe. What is the other 95 percent? Dark Universe examines the invisible dark matter underlying galaxies that, together with the dark energy, account for that other 95 percent of the universe’s total energy and mass.
