STEM Anxiety-How to Deal With It

Join us as we welcome a guest speaker from the Health Center who will discuss how to deal with stress and anxiety! Balancing work, school, and other responsibilities can be overwhelming. This workshop aims to equip students with effective strategies on overcoming stress and/or anxiety. The event will take place in HUM 131.
